How do I clean my Fiji rattan furniture?

If your furniture ever needs a little refresh, a quick pass with a pressure washer will effortlessly lift away dirt, debris, and even stubborn mildew, leaving it looking clean and revived. Thanks to the lightweight frame, each piece is easy to move around, making the whole cleaning process simple, quick, and hassle-free.

What is the weave made from?

The weave is crafted from 100% high-quality synthetic rattan, designed to look and feel like natural rattan while offering superior durability. Fully recyclable, it’s an environmentally conscious choice without compromising on style.

The rattan is UV and colour stabilised, meaning it won’t fade or discolour in the sun. It’s also highly resistant to water and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for year-round outdoor use with minimal maintenance required.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer fabric and weave samples so you can see the available colours before purchasing.

What happens if something goes wrong?

In the very unlikely event that something goes wrong, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible. They’re available seven days a week, offering friendly and expert support both in person and over the phone to ensure everything is resolved quickly and smoothly.

What is the warranty?

Fiji furniture includes:

5-year warranty on the frame

2-year warranty on the cushions

Can I come and see the furniture?

Yes, you’re very welcome to visit us. We have a selection of Fiji furniture and cushion colours available to view in person.

We recommend calling ahead on 01564 793 652 to ensure the specific pieces you’re interested in are available to view on the day. If there’s something particular you’d like to see, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to have it ready for you.

Does Fiji furniture arrive flat-packed?

No, the Fiji range does not arrive flat-packed. It is delivered fully assembled and ready to enjoy straight away.

Do you sell replacement cushions?

Yes, replacement cushions are available to purchase separately. You can order online.

Alternatively, give us a call and one of our team members will gladly assist you. We offer a fantastic range of colours, and fabric samples can be arranged on request if you’d like to see your options before deciding.

My cushion inserts are still fine; do you offer replacement covers?

At the moment, we’re unable to supply replacement covers on their own. However, we do offer full replacement cushions (including covers) to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

Do you sell weather covers?

Yes, we offer a wide range of high-quality, breathable weather covers designed to protect your Fiji furniture all year round. These covers shield your set from the elements while allowing air to circulate, helping to reduce moisture build-up.
