Please refrain from contacting us regarding your delivery. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Smaller items are dispatched by our third-party courier within the usual 48-hour time frame. The courier will usually contact the customer directly to confirm your delivery.
We deliver throughout the UK and aim to get your order to you within 4 weeks of purchase. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please call the office on 01564 793 652 and we will try our best to accommodate them.
Our products are of the highest quality, with many imported from overseas.
Deliveries are usually made between 07:00hrs – 18:00hrs Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We offer FREE delivery on purchases over £100 to most of Mainland England and Wales.*
Purchases under £100 will incur a delivery charge of £ 7.99 unless you are in one of the Postcode Exclusion Zones below.
IMPORTANT: Before placing your order, please check the dimensions of internal and external access points including doors, corridors, stairs, etc. particularly if you are ordering larger items.
If you cannot accept your delivery on the given date, then we will reschedule it for another day. Please make sure there is someone at the property to receive the goods. If this is not possible, then let our office know and we can accommodate an agreed safe place.
Please ensure all access points are clear of obstacles. Self-assembly items will remain in their boxes.
Please note: delivery access is down to your discretion. We accept no blame if the damage is done to the property, therefore you undertake delivery of the furniture at your own risk.

CLICK AND COLLECT
You can now Click and Collect your order from our Showroom!
All you must do is click the 'collect from Showroom' option at the checkout. You can then choose your desired collection time and date!
What to consider before placing a click-and-collect order:
- You will be required to show a Photo ID and Proof of Payment when you collect your order.
- Customers should go to our upstairs sales office upon arrival to check-in.
Our Returns Policy:
You do not need to inform us if you are returning an item. Customers have up to 14 days after they have received the item to return it back to us.
When returning goods, please download and fill out our returns form. See below.
Returning items will be at your own cost.
Larger items will be subject to a collection fee of 15% of the original purchase price. This will be automatically deducted from the final refund amount.
Larger items may be returned via your own method of transport; however, this must be arranged directly by the customer.
The customer accepts full responsibility that all goods will be returned in the same condition as received and without damage.
No fees apply.
Once we have received the item/s we will issue a refund.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the item/s back.

It is not possible to return or refund bespoke orders.
You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the delivery process yet. Please call our office if you wish to cancel any outstanding orders.
If your order has entered the delivery process, it is no longer possible to cancel it. You may refuse the package or return it using the returns form.
What about damaged or faulty goods?
If you feel your purchase is in an unsatisfactory condition when delivered, you can refuse the delivery and speak to our Customer Services team on 01564 793 652.
If your order is faulty, then you must notify us and email photographic evidence of the issue. Please ensure your photographs or file sizes sent by email are not too large, as this will result in us not receiving them.

How long does the refund take to reach me?
Once the process of returning the item/s has been completed, we will initiate a refund that should be processed within 14 days. We will only refund the amount to the original payment method you used to place your order with us; this is to protect you against any potential fraud for you and us.
