Each piece is hand-woven from our premium synthetic rattan, designed for strength, durability, and long-lasting beauty. This warranty covers the structural integrity and quality of the weave under normal residential use.

What’s Covered

• Synthetic Rattan: Will not become brittle, discolour excessively, or suffer structural failure such as breakage or unravelling under normal residential use.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, gradual weathering, or natural colour changes over time.

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or extreme weather conditions.

• Cushions, fabrics, glass, and any surface finishes or coatings.

• Commercial, rental, or non-residential use.

Making a Claim

If you believe your furniture has developed a fault, simply contact our team with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We’ll assess your claim promptly and, if it qualifies, arrange a repair or replacement — always with a focus on customer satisfaction.

A Few Important Notes

• Applies only to the original purchaser.

• “Lifetime” refers to the expected service life of the materials under normal residential use, typically up to 10–15 years when properly cared for.
