RETURNS POLICY...

Our Returns Policy in detail …

  • You do not need to inform us if you are returning an item. Customers have up to 14 days after they have received the item, to return it back to us.
  • You may download the returns form, (below), to give us details of the return.
  • The cost of returning the items will be met by you.
  • You must then ensure that the item is received by us within 14 calendar days, starting on the day after you notified us of your intention to return.
  • Once we have received the item/s we will issue a refund.
  • All refunds will be processed within 14 days from when we received the item/s back.
  • The address for returns is detailed on the returns form and can also be found on our Showroom Page at the bottom.
  • Return the item in the same condition you received it in.
  • It is not possible to return or refund bespoke orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY...

  • You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the delivery process yet, this is usually within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • If your order has entered the delivery process, it is no longer possible to cancel it. You may refuse the package or return it using the returns form (below).

What about damaged or faulty goods?

If you feel your purchase is in an unsatisfactory condition when it is delivered then you can refuse the delivery and speak to our Customer Services team on the number provided above to discuss your refund.

If you are not present at the time of delivery …

If you have arranged for the goods to be delivered when you are not present and you discover a fault then we would ask you to notify us and email photographic evidence of the fault you have discovered if you are able to. Please ensure your photographs or file sizes sent by email are suitably sized and not too large, as this will result in us not recieving them.

How long does the refund take to reach me?

Once the process of returning the item/s has been completed we will initiate a refund that should be processed within 14 days. We will only refund the amount to the original payment methiod you used to place your order with us - this is to guard against any potential fraud to protect you and us.
