Price Quality Value Bought two of these for my new conservatory, as it's basically an on-line site I knew i was taking a chance. Maybe on reflection a trip to the showroom would have made sense but distance was the problem.
They do look as good in real life as the pictures portray. Delivery was good too and they even unpacked for me and took away the debris. Cushions are nice and thick and I was pleased with the fabric we chose. Now the reason for low marks. It should state on description that they use rubber bands to support the cushion not steel springs. These give very poor support to anyone above average weight ( that's me sadly ) so cushions tend to sag and they are just not as comfortable as i had hoped for. One learns by one's mistakes and they will be replaced eventually but next time i will check properly. -
