I'm a keen gardener but I can honestly never seen vegetables used quite in this way.
The BeetBox (get it) is an ingenious take on a simple beat-box / drum machine. Touch the veg and it makes a noise - or tune depending on your musical taste!
Put together a capacitive sensing board, an audio amplifier, put it in a hand-crafted wooden holder and power it up with a Raspberry Pi... apparently.
