When I moved into my gorgeous flat with a roof terrace I couldn’t wait to lounge out in the sun, all that’s missing is the perfect chair to do it in!! This would be perfect!!
I would give this to my elderly mother to use in the sumer house we have built for her in her garden. Now that she is too elderly to go abroad, she loves sitting in the summerhouse in her garden, and this would make her extra comfortable!
Where would I put it? – On a 1930s style tramp steamer of course….though steamboats are getting a bit harder to come by these days. Maybe just in the garden then….perhaps I could put a dvd of “Macao” on and listen to old steamship noises while Jane Russell sings “one more for the road” – and perhaps have ‘one for the garden’….

We are renovating an old Scottish house, and are looking for wooden furniture to compliment the house and garden. I can imagine myself lounging with a G&T, in the garden on a summers day

I’m always the ‘butt’ of jokes when I’m sitting in the garden in my dodgy old deck chair (it’s pants!) but I’d be sitting pretty if I won this fab Steamer chair. It’s chair-iffic!
