Fairfields School is a lovely 100-place Primary Special School who take children between the ages of 3 and 11 with severe or profound learning difficulties, communication and physical difficulties.

They also have classes for pupils on the autistic spectrum. Some children may also have multi-sensory impairment and complex medical difficulties.
Fairfields are going to celebrate winning this great Competition from The Garden Furniture Centre by planting a tree to accommodate the wonderful teak bench …
Corallie Murray, the Head Teacher at Fairfields School said,
“We were thrilled when we won the tree bench competition and very grateful, as it now means we have somewhere to sit and remember quietly some of the wonderful children we have had the good fortune to teach at Fairfields. We have asked the children what tree they would like to plant in the centre of the bench and we will plant it soon. The bench will give pupils and staff much pleasure for years to come.”
