Simply fill the aluminium reservoir with beer, wine or fruit juice. Stand the bird on the cone-shaped infuser and aromatic steam rises and cooks the bird to juicy perfection in less time than ordinary roasting. You can also add spices to the reservoir for more action-packed flavour.
